The Invesco S&P SmallCap 600 QVM Multi-factor ETF (QVMS) is an exchange-traded fund launched on June 30, 2021, and listed on the NYSE Arca, designed to track the investment results of the S&P SmallCap 600 Quality, Value & Momentum Top 90% Multi-factor Index. The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks comprising its benchmark index, which selects a subset of securities from the broader S&P SmallCap 600 Index by excluding the bottom 10% of stocks based on combined quality, value, and momentum factor scores. With approximately $240 million in assets under management, a low net expense ratio of 0.15%, and a portfolio of roughly 540 small-cap U.S. equity holdings, QVMS offers diversified exposure across sectors such as Industrials, Financial Services, Consumer Cyclical, and Technology. The fund rebalances quarterly in March, June, September, and December, and has demonstrated strong performance since inception, outpacing both the S&P SmallCap 600 Index and the Russell 2000 Index.
