AMG TimesSquare International Small Cap Fund (TCMIX) is an open-end mutual fund managed by TimesSquare Capital Management, LLC, an AMG affiliate and growth equity specialist founded in 2000, that seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of small-capitalization companies located outside the United States. The fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets to international small cap equities and at least 40% to issuers domiciled outside the U.S. across a minimum of three countries, benchmarking against the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index with geographic exposure spanning Japan, the Eurozone, the United Kingdom, and Australasia. Employing a bottom-up, fundamental research-intensive approach, the fund typically holds 65–85 growth-oriented stocks with market capitalizations below $5 billion at the time of purchase, targeting companies with distinct competitive advantages, strong and consistent growth, and quality management. Launched on January 2, 2013, and domiciled in the United States, the fund manages approximately $125–130 million in total net assets and is available to institutional and high-net-worth investors through Class N, Class I, and Class Z share classes, with a minimum initial investment of $5 million for Class Z shares.
