Kingboard Holdings Limited (KBDCY) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company founded in 1988 and headquartered in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, recognized as the world's largest laminate manufacturer and a leading printed circuit board (PCB) producer in China. The company operates through six business segments — Laminates, PCBs, Chemicals, Properties, Investments, and Others — serving markets across the People's Republic of China, the rest of Asia, Europe, Africa, and the United States, with a workforce of approximately 34,000 employees across more than 60 manufacturing facilities globally. In addition to its core electronics materials business, Kingboard is a major supplier of chemical products (including methanol, PVC, bisphenol A, and caustic soda, among others), and is active in property development and investment, hotel operations, and the manufacture of magnetic and glass fabric products. Formerly known as Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited, the company rebranded to its current name in July 2018 and trades on the OTC Markets in the United States as an ADR, with its primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK: 0148).
